JEMEX is built on the principle of privacy by design. We collect the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to provide our services. We do not require or store any personal identification documents (KYC).
We collect only: email address (for account access and notifications), server usage metrics (for billing and resource management), payment transaction hashes (for order verification). We do NOT collect: names, addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, or browsing history.
Data is used solely for: provisioning and managing your servers, processing payments, sending service notifications, providing technical support, and maintaining platform security.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including AES-256 encryption, regular security audits, and isolated infrastructure. Account data is stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls.
We integrate with NOWPayments for cryptocurrency payment processing. NOWPayments processes transaction data according to their own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We use only essential cookies required for session management and security. We do not use analytics tracking, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts.
Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 48 hours. Transaction records are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution.
You have the right to: access your stored data, request data deletion, export your data, and close your account at any time. Contact support to exercise any of these rights.
