Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 72 hours of service activation. To be eligible, the server must not have been used for any activity that violates our Terms of Service, and total bandwidth usage must be under 10 GB.

Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a support ticket from your dashboard with the subject 'Refund Request' and include your order ID. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

Crypto Refunds

Refunds are processed in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate at the time of refund processing. Due to crypto volatility, the refunded amount in fiat value may differ from the original payment.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours. Blockchain confirmation times vary by cryptocurrency (typically 10-60 minutes after we initiate the refund transaction).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for: accounts terminated due to ToS violations, services used for more than 72 hours, servers with more than 10 GB bandwidth used, or if the refund request is submitted after the 72-hour window.

Partial Refunds

If you have multiple active services, refunds are processed per-service. Remaining services will continue to operate normally.
