By accessing or using JEMEX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
JEMEX provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) hosting services. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: distribution of malware, unauthorized access to systems, spamming, hosting of illegal content, DDoS attacks, or cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission.
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our integrated payment gateway. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Service is activated upon blockchain confirmation of payment.
JEMEX guarantees 99.9% uptime for all services. In the event of downtime exceeding the SLA, customers are eligible for service credits proportional to the duration of the outage.
We collect minimal data required for service operation. We do not require KYC verification. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall JEMEX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
